1. Getting Started
How do I get started?Choose a package and template, then submit your business details through the Get Started page.
Can I choose my design?Yes. Browse the template library and pick the design closest to your business.
Do I need to provide all the content?Send the useful facts, services, photos and contact details. We structure them into the chosen template.

2. What's Included
What do I get for $99?The standard launch package includes a five-page template-based website, responsive design, contact form, basic SEO setup and one reasonable revision.
How many pages are included?Up to five pages. Common pages are Home, About, Services, Gallery and Contact.
Can you help with copywriting?Yes. Basic structuring is part of the build; dedicated copywriting can be added at $19 per page.

3. Delivery & Revisions
How long does it take?Turnaround depends on receiving complete content and approvals. The streamlined process is designed to move much faster than a traditional agency project.
How many revisions do I get?The standard package includes one reasonable round of content/design changes after you review the customised template.
Can you update the website later?Yes. Pages, features, SEO or ongoing care can be added later.

4. Hosting, Domains & Ownership
Is hosting included?The website build is separate. Hosting + Care is optional from $19/month.
Can I use my own domain?Yes. If you already own a domain, we can connect it. If not, you can register one before launch.
Do I own the website?The website is built for your business. Third-party services, licences and hosting remain subject to their own terms.

5. Pricing & Add-ons
Are there hidden fees?No hidden build fees. Optional extras are only added when you choose them.
What if I need more than 5 pages?Choose the 10-page package or add extra pages later for $19 each.
Do you build online stores?Yes. The $199 basic ecommerce package is a streamlined starter store. Larger or unusual stores should be discussed before ordering.
