1. Getting Started
How do I get started?Choose the package that fits your business, then either choose a CrazyWeb design or tell us the style you want. Submit your business details and files through the Get Started page.
Do I have to choose one of your existing designs?No. The design library is a starting point, not a limit. Choose a CrazyWeb design you like, or simply tell us the style, colours and websites you like. If you're not sure, we'll recommend a suitable starting design and customise it for your business.
Do I need to provide all the content?Send us the useful facts, services, logo, photos and contact details you already have. We organise them into the website. If you need dedicated copywriting, you can add it separately.

2. What's Included
What website packages do you offer?1-Page Website $99, 5-Page Website $199, 10-Page Website $299, and Basic Ecommerce from $499. All standard website packages include responsive design, a contact form, basic SEO setup and one reasonable revision.
How many pages are included?Choose 1, 5 or 10 pages depending on the package. The 5-page option suits most small businesses, while the 10-page package gives you more room for services, locations and content.
Can you help with copywriting?Yes. We organise the information you provide as part of the build. Dedicated copywriting is available for $19 per page if you want us to write more of the content for you.

3. Delivery & Revisions
How long does it take?Turnaround depends on receiving the information, files and approvals we need. Our process is intentionally streamlined so standard sites can move much faster than a traditional agency project.
How many revisions do I get?Your package includes one reasonable round of content or design changes after you review the customised website.
Can you update the website later?Yes. Extra pages, ecommerce features, SEO QuickStart, Managed SEO and ongoing Hosting + Care can be added later as your business grows.

4. Hosting, Domains, Email & Ownership
Is hosting included, and how much is it?Hosting is optional. Standard Hosting + Care starts from $19/month. Ecommerce Hosting + Care starts from $29/month.
Can CrazyWeb help with my domain?Yes. If you already own a domain, we can connect it to your website. If you don’t have one yet, we can help check suitable options, register the domain in your name or business name, and connect it to your website and business email. Domain registration and renewal costs are separate and can vary by extension.
Can CrazyWeb set up professional business email?Yes. We can set up a professional email address using your own domain. Our recommended entry-level business email option currently starts from A$1.65 per user/month, billed annually (A$19.80/year per user), and works with common email apps. CrazyWeb’s basic business email setup is $9 one-off. If you prefer Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, we can set those up too. Provider subscription fees are separate, and migrations or more complex multi-user setups may cost extra.
Do I own the website?Yes. The website is built for your business, and your content remains yours. If CrazyWeb helps register a domain, it should be registered in your name or business name so you remain the owner. Third-party services, licences and hosting remain subject to their own terms.

5. Pricing & Add-ons
Are there hidden fees?No hidden build fees. Optional extras and third-party subscriptions — such as hosting or business email — are only added when you choose or need them, and we make those costs clear before setup.
What if I need more than 5 pages?Choose the 10-page package for $299, or add extra pages later for $19 each.
Do you build online stores?Yes. Basic Ecommerce starts from $499 and is designed for a small starter store. It includes the core shop pages, basic payment setup and up to 5 products uploaded by CrazyWeb. Larger or unusual stores are scoped separately. Ecommerce Hosting + Care starts from $29/month.
What SEO services do you offer?SEO QuickStart is $99 one-off and fixes the essential SEO foundations for up to 10 key pages. Managed SEO is $99/month for ongoing monitoring plus one focused SEO improvement each month. Larger or more complex SEO campaigns are quoted separately.
