CRAZYWEB

Terms & Conditions

Starter website policy copy for CrazyWeb. Review and adapt the details to your actual business practices before publishing.

Important: This is a practical starter draft, not legal advice. Confirm your business name/entity, contact details, refund rules, data practices and applicable Australian legal requirements before publishing.

1. Website services

CrazyWeb provides streamlined website design and related services based on the package selected by the customer. Template-based packages are customised from pre-designed layouts rather than designed entirely from scratch.

2. Scope and pricing

The price and inclusions shown at the time of purchase apply to the selected package. Work outside the listed scope may require a separate quote or additional fee.

3. Customer content

Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information and confirming they have the right to use logos, photos, text, trademarks and other material supplied for the website.

4. Revisions

Where a package includes one revision, this means one reasonable round of changes to the supplied content/design within the original scope. New pages, major redesigns or new functionality are outside that revision.

5. Domains and hosting

Domain registration and ongoing hosting are separate from the website build unless specifically included in the package. Optional CrazyWeb Hosting + Care is charged separately.

6. Timing

Any turnaround estimates depend on receiving complete content, approvals and access information. Delays in customer-supplied material may delay delivery.

7. Third-party services

Websites may rely on third-party services such as hosting platforms, email providers, payment gateways or plugins. Their availability and terms are controlled by those providers.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Add your final cancellation and refund rules here before publishing. The rules should reflect the actual way CrazyWeb accepts payment and starts work.

9. Liability

Add business-specific liability wording after appropriate legal review. Do not publish generic limitation clauses without checking whether they are appropriate under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Contact

Add the legal business name and appropriate contact method for notices and questions about these terms.
